How this Matchmaking Event works:

1.     Registration and submitting profiles

Please fill in the registration form which can be found in section Registration.

When registered, you are able to fill in your company/co-operation profile which will be published in the Catalogue for selecting the meetings. If needed, you can leave several profiles to the event e.g. for different product/service lines. Please fill in all the requested fields and submit the profile. All the profiles are validated by Enterprise Europe Network Finland officers before publishing.

Deadline for registration and submitting profiles is Tuesday 31 st of August 2010.

2.     Selecting meetings

Please request meetings with potential collaboration partners from the on-line Catalogue. The meetings are requested by ticking a cross in a box which is found next to the profile.

Deadline for selecting meetings is on Wednesday 8 th of September.

You will receive your individual meeting schedule from the Enterprise Europe Network Finland officers approximately one week before the event.

3.     Event

The matchmaking event is held on Thursday, 23th of September 2009 from 09:00 to 16:00 at Tampere Exhibition and Spors Center, Room: Tähtien Sali. Address: Ilmailunkatu 10, 33900 Tampere, Finland.

The meetings start at 09:00 and the meetings last max 30 minutes each. You are requested to come to the matchmaking event registration desk situated in Tähtien Sali before your first meeting in order to register.
